More content won’t fix this
If you’re spending hours adding another course, workshop or resource to your Skool classroom...
But you haven’t figured out how your community is going to make money...
🛑 Stop.
More content probably isn’t what you need.
Before you build anything else, figure out these three numbers:
- TRAFFIC: How will you consistently bring the right people into your community?
- CONVERSION: How will you move the right people from Free → Premium → VIP?
- RETENTION: Why will your paying members stay month after month?
I’ve grown my communities to 13,000+ members and built $10K–$15K months.
And one of the biggest things I’ve learned?
You don’t make more money by filling your classroom.
You make more money by fixing your traffic, conversion and retention.
So before you record another course...
Ask yourself:
✔️Am I building more content?
✔️Or am I building a community that makes money?
