Building While Tired? Same.
Running a community is equal parts joy and depletion, and most days I can’t tell which one is winning.
I’ve been experimenting with treating joy as a practice instead of waiting to “feel” like building - noticing one good moment in the work before I even open my laptop.
For the builders here: what’s one tiny thing that makes the unglamorous parts of community-building feel lighter?
