18 Months. $400 MRR. Then This.
I’ve been on Skool for about 28 months.
And I definitely didn’t figure it all out on day one.
For roughly the first 18 months, I was selling low-ticket memberships and generating around $400/month in recurring revenue on Skool.
I was still making money in my business through coaching, consulting and fractional COO work.
But Skool itself?
$400 MRR.
Then I decided to simplify everything.
I shifted to a Freemium Skool model.
Free became the front door.
Premium became my recurring revenue offer.
I started using summits and collaborations to drive traffic.
And instead of constantly creating more stuff, I focused on three things:
Traffic. Conversion. Retention.
That changed everything.
My communities have now grown to 13,000+ members.
I’ve built $10K–$15K months.
I’ve grown my Skool affiliate income from about $2,500 in 2025 to nearly $7,000 so far in 2026.
But some of my favourite proof isn't mine.
It’s watching the women inside my communities take what they’re learning and run with it.
One member grew her new Skool to 150+ members.
Another ran her first bundle and showcase with 141 live attendees and a 93% show rate, then went on to build her first full summit.
Others have rebuilt their communities, simplified their offers, grown their audiences and finally created a business model that feels manageable.
Some of these women have stayed and worked with me for 6, 9, 10, even 15 months.
That matters to me.
Because I don’t think the goal is just to build a big community.
The goal is to build one that creates results for you AND your members.
It took me 18 months to really understand that.
Once I did?
The rest is history. 🧡
I love my growth plan on Skool
