My opinion on how to grow your Skool Community the best way
I am by no means an expert on growing Skool communities, but when comparing the 4 groups I have made during my tenure in Skool, theres is ONE clear difference that makes Skool be what Facebook and Instagram and even Discord, can not. Thats a place to have fun, if you actually put effort into acknowledging the tools you have at your disposal in Skool! Take the leaderboard for example! The Leaderboard is your main call to action. Engagement, and rewarded engagement is the absolute key. If you have a community with medium to low engagement, notifying them that their engagement and posts are putting them as number one, immideately makes it a bit of a competition, because people love to be doing well! And if you reward it as well? Oh my word has this worked in the Rocket League group....I was mindblown. And sooner or later I will introduce it here, but for the moment, my own way of rewarding it has been a financially dependent gift. I cant do that in all the communities, but it should have a strong value for what you do to your community. And announce why its of value! Example: I will be awarding the individual on top of our leaderboard on the 15th of March a free (enter actual value) session with my blueprint/offer/teachings of offer. I mean it is literally in the Skoolers 101 for you who have your own community, and also in the Alex Hormozi teachings. The people need to feel seen and heared, and nothing makes someone put in effort like a visible result of them doing good. Utilize your Leaderboards!

Hola and welcome!
Please introduce yourself, share what province you live in and what your Skool is all about so we can come be part of it! If you dont have your own Skool (yet?) feel free to share what youre interests are, so maybe some of us who are members in those type of groups here could invite you or give you recommendations! But most important: Tell us your favourite part of living in Spain!
Hola and welcome!
So...still feels like winter
Hi guys, after a few pretty nice days here on the east side of Málaga, it seems that right at the arrival of the weekend, the weather is taking a turn for the worst again. What sort of ideas do you have to get through the weekend indoors..? 🤔🤣

Yet another nice meeting
Hello everyone, and please welcome our new member @Mattias Green Adamsen to the community. I had a meeting with him and @Izadora Aura Philipa Toft today about a future project we will be working on, and hopefully some more! After a bit they will probably be sharing their groups as they get made, and I am very excited to see it and be part of it in the time going forward! How has everyones week been?

Are you looking into automation to use in your communities?
I have been trying my best to look into automation and how I can use AI to help communities grow, but the biggest challenge is to know what to use and how to connect these things. Its very interesting and an exciting field of knowledge once one takes a peek down the rabbit-hole. Yet ofcourse the most important aspect would always be the live interactions. So then the questions would be; if automation would free you up so all you needed to do was work with the people, would you use it, or do you prefer to do most of the things for your Skool group yourself for it to feel authentically you?
