Carrying Old Wounds While Leading a Family (and yourself)
Divorce, stepkids, marriage struggles, they all press on childhood wounds. For me, it was never feeling safe as a kid. That old wound showed up in mistrust, anger, and anxiety. Healing starts with noticing when the boy in you is running the show instead of the man. Question for you: What old wound do you feel most when life gets heavy, and how do you handle it?

Menopause and Men
Nobody prepares you for the storm of menopause. The mood swings, the distance, the confusion in intimacy, it can feel like rejection. What I’ve learned: - It’s not about you, it’s her body in transition. - Your job isn’t to fix it—it’s to stay steady, kind, and connected. - Intimacy can take new forms if you’re willing to adapt. What’s been the hardest part for you? connection, patience, or intimacy?
