Won the morning with a 4am morning workout (before the kids and wife wake up)
Absolutely lethal post workout meal
- 1 egg + 200g egg whites topped with local Austin, TX red jalapeño hot sauce.
- Avocado toast topped with everything bagel seasoning ( try it )
- Cottage cheese with frozen berries
- Magic mind nootropic shot.
