Sometimes members do not reply because they are unsure what you are asking for.
Instead of only saying:
“Introduce yourself!”
Show them:
“Hi, I’m ___. I’m building ___. This month I want to ___.”
An example makes the first response feel easier.
Use this for introductions, progress updates, and feedback requests.
