You have an idea. What do you do next?

When an idea pops into your head, what's the very first thing you do to figure out whether it's a post, a product, a project, or just another random thought?
For me personally
I tend to collect ideas first, then try to work out whether they belong as a post, product, project, GPT, prompt pack, or something I should ignore completely. I'm curious how everyone else sorts through their ideas.
Turn it into a post and see what people think?
