If everything feels important at once, try this:
Step 1:Write down EVERYTHING currently sitting in your brain.
Step 2:Circle the thing causing the most stress or avoidance.
Step 3:Ask:“What would make this 10% easier?”
Step 4:Remove unnecessary steps.
Step 5:Only focus on the next action. Not the entire project.
