Give yourself a score from 1 to 10 in three areas:
- Observation
How well did you notice what was happening around you?
Could you read the room?
Did you pick up on body language, tone, energy, or what wasn’t being said?
- Communication
How well did you communicate today?
Were your words clear?
Did you explain something better?
Did you encourage, guide, inspire, or support someone?
- Self-mastery
What did you do today to improve yourself?
Training, learning, exercise, asking for help, getting a mentor, joining a course, building a better habit.
The part that stood out to me most was this:
Do something today that future you will thank you for in six months.
It doesn’t have to be huge.
One lesson
One better conversation
One small habit
One brave decision
Onething finished.
That’s how growth actually compounds.
