How to say no
I really want to be more selective about the brides I book. Someone inquired and sent a photo that is NOT my brand — I do soft glam waves and simple buns, and she sent super causal braids. I would love to know the verbiage of what you ladies say if/when you turn away brides who aren’t your ideal bride.
