This group is strictly dedicated to the Six Weeks to Fitness program. To maintain the integrity and focus of our community, please refrain from the following:
1.Sharing links to your own businesses, products, or services (including coaching, supplements, or merchandise).
2.Posting links to personal blogs, other groups, or external social media profiles for the purpose of driving traffic or sales.
3.Directly messaging other members with unsolicited offers, sales pitches, or invitations to other communities.
If you have questions about specific products or methods, please keep the discussion related to how they integrate with Six Weeks to Fitness.
