Hi all! I'd love some feedback as I work on my homework! :)
I am an NCS and Postpartum doula. My clients are usually first (or second time) moms who are feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and very uncertain, constantly wondering if what their newborn does or how their newborn looks is "normal", most of them are constantly CHATGPTing/Googling or trying to find answers online at any given time, usually at night time when their brain cannot rest:
Here's my homework :)
THREE EXTRACTION QUESTIONS:
1. What worries you the most about caring for your newborn right now?
2. What moments with your newborn make you feel the most unsure of yourself as a mom? (for example: night time routines or night time wakings, feeding, diaper changes, bathing, etc)
3. If you had the right support during the newborn stage, how would you want to feel as a mom? / If you could wake up tomorrow feeling completely rested, what is the one thing you’d be most excited to do with your baby that feels difficult or draining right now?
ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS:
-When you find yourself searching for answers at 3:00 AM, what is the one recurring worry that keeps you from feeling like you 'have this'?
-If you could wake up tomorrow feeling completely rested, what is the one thing you’d be most excited to do with your baby that feels difficult or draining right now?
-In those moments where you feel uncertain, would it be more helpful for me to step in and handle it so you can rest, or for us to do it together so you can see my techniques in real-time? (Helps me figure out if they need daytime support or overnight support).

I'd love to hear thoughts and feedback as this clearly has AI help haha. Thank you!!!
