Are We Living Like It’s Finished… or Still Fighting Like It’s Not?
The last few weeks we’ve been sitting in some hard questions… What are we carrying that we were never meant to carry? What are we still chasing that should already be ours? And this week brings us to the truth behind both of those: Jesus didn’t just die—He rose. Which means: we don’t have to carry it, we don’t have to chase it, and we’re not stuck where we were 🙌 PRAISE — Who God Is Attribute: Jesus the Resurrection Truth: He is alive—and still bringing new life into the middle of our real lives. 📖 1 Peter 1:3–4 He has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ. 🤍 CONFESSION God, show me where I’m still holding onto things You already took care of—control, fear, old habits, or thoughts that keep pulling me back. Help me actually let it go. 🙏 THANKSGIVING Thank You for the ways You’ve already shown up in my life—even the ones I didn’t recognize at the time. Thank You that Your work didn’t stop at the cross. 💪 INTERCESSION For our children: God, remind them they are not stuck. Let them walk in freedom, not in the weight of things that don’t define them. For others in our lives: Lord, draw them closer to You. Help them trust You in the middle of whatever they’re facing right now. 🔥 COVERING God, cover our homes, our families, and the people around us this week. Bring peace where there is stress, clarity where there is confusion, and remind us that You are still working—even when we don’t see it.

What does Peace look like?
John 14:27 “Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you…” I asked yesterday what you’re still chasing… peace, approval, control, feeling like you’re enough… But this keeps sticking with me— If peace is given… why do I keep trying to earn it? Like I’ll say I trust God… but then I spend the whole day trying to manage everything so I feel okay. That’s not peace… that’s control dressed up as peace. So now I’m wondering— Do I actually have peace… or do I just feel peaceful when everything goes my way? Be honest—what does ‘peace’ look like for you right now?

I slowed down and finally saw this…
I slowed down and sat with one verse today. Not a chapter. Not a study plan. Just one verse. And I started noticing things I’ve read before but never really saw. God isn’t described in just one way here— He’s my rock, my fortress, my deliverer, my shield. Not distant. Personal. This is what mine looked like—nothing fancy, just real. If you’ve ever felt like you don’t know how to study the Bible, start here. One verse. One page. Just look closer.

Where Are You Right Now In Your Faith?
I figured instead of pretending we all have this figured out… let’s just be real. Where would you say you are right now in your faith? - Just starting / unsure - Trying but feel overwhelmed - Consistent but want to go deeper - Been walking with God for a while You can just comment the one that fits you, or explain more if you want. No pressure either way. This is a judgment-free space—we’re all at different places, and that’s okay.

Let's Figure This Out Together
I don’t know if anyone else feels like this, but most of the time when I open my Bible, I feel completely overwhelmed. I don’t know if it’s ADHD or just life, but as soon as I start reading, my mind jumps to laundry, grocery lists, bills, the kids… everything but what’s in front of me. But over the past few years, I’ve started to realize something—God has been working in my life in ways I didn’t always notice at the time. There have been too many moments, too many “coincidences,” too many signs to ignore. So I’m starting something called The Watchtower Project. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed trying to read the Bible, or wondered if God is trying to get your attention in your everyday life… you’re not alone. Let’s figure this out together.
