He said something interesting.
You need to find the right sweet spot.
→ Too niche: 1 competitor globally.
→ Too broad: 10,000 competitors.
→ Ideal niche: 20-50 competitors in the world!
→ Enough room to thrive without getting lost.
Which means: never sell to a generic audience.
