Why do I do this?
Many people I have talked to and shared my true stories of adversity and ways to overcome them suggested to me that I share them with others since they found my advice....well simple and empowering & made their lives better. They add "I never thought of it that way?"
For me, it's about sharing what I know with others with the hope of making their lives a little easier since I've been there and learned on my own the "stuff" to make life better. I sure which I had known this stuff earlier since it would have made my life easier and happier. Now I choose to share it with you.
