Free Session Limited Time - Expires Sept. 21
Hi There! I am offering you a free session in the classroom called "Get where you want to go." 45 minutes is all it takes for great take-aways that you can put into action now. I would also like some honest feedback on the session such as the video, the content, and the worksheet. If you would kindly take a few minutes and provide some feedback in an email sent to me at [email protected], I would really appreciate it and it would provide me with direction. Thanks, Kelly Get where you want to go! Stepping Stones ~ control ~ mental recorder~ perseverance You can’t get to where you want to go without a plan! It’s like a road-map to success. Some find it overwhelming but I give you the inside scoop on what I call “stepping stones” to get your started and tips on mental control to get you there. 1) Clearly Identifying what you want and when 2) Stepping Stones 3) What can you control 4) Turning off the metal recorder 5) The payoff of perseverance

One way I have found that frees up some time is to get up an hour earlier and dedicate that time for something that makes me happy like perhaps reading a chapter or two in a good book or going for a long morning walk. Dedicating a specific time for a specific purpose commits you to it. Try it and let me know how you make out!

I learned mid-life that I had to put boundaries up. People in my life made a sport out of stirring the pot so to speak spreading lies and negativity. I learned that disconnecting with those types of people was the best action I could do to distress, revive, and be happy! Today, I still give considerable thought to people I connect with. How about you?
