What activity/s do you find it easiest to bring the State into (outside of Wing Chun)? 🔥❤️🔥
We all know that one of the number one aims of training Internal Wing Chun is to activate the State within us and bring it into our training for ultimate power generation.
The State however is intended to be brought into all areas of life ❤️
Where do you guys use it the most?
I practice being in State daily whilst out pushing the pram, shopping, showering etc
I use centring in my highest intention when ever I’m in a situation that seems a little intense (so good for Xmas shopping in busy malls).
I use surrender/sinking and sensing when negative emotions arise…..
