HOPE THIS IS OKAY TO SHARE...
Just sharing that I recently purchased a Mobility program called the Moves Method, there was a $27 deal on a program that I know a couple of people who have already taken advantage of as well as bought into their one-on-one training (which actually is quite expensive).
The $27 program links you to a month's worth of videos which is also available here on Skool, it's enough for me at the moment, and it's quite challenging.
Mobility should be a part of everybody's training regimen. Mobility is not stretching, it's not static, but a dynamic strengthening of the joints in every direction improving range of motion so that you can move more fluidly and hopefully pain free. I'm hoping that this will help me with some of my injury management. I have a lot 🤣😭
They're also plenty of free Mobility programs on YouTube. Just be careful, not everyone's an expert. If you have a Peloton app there are Mobility classes available on there too. I'll definitely be researching some more online options that are free, and I'm happy to post them in the links below once I find them.
And don't forget to take time to stretch too! Don't skip out after your workout it's super important. :-)
