Big news! Big changes are coming! 👑
As of January 1, ShredSkool is officially becoming ShredQueens.
ShredQueens is a women-only, safe space where women can speak freely, support each other, and navigate real life together. This is about honest connection, mutual respect, and real conversations—about anything that matters, without judgment or limits.
To fully honor that mission, we’re removing the men. Not because men don’t matter, but because women deserve spaces where they don’t have to explain, soften, or hold back.
Same strength. Same honesty.
Just clearer purpose and crowned energy.
