Athlete For Life Program Start Here ⬇️
I'm SO excited you're here and ready to transform your movement!
YOUR SUCCESS ROADMAP (Follow These Steps):
STEP 1: Introduce Yourself 📝
Create a post telling us who you are, where you're from, and what your movement/pain goals are. We want to celebrate your wins along the way!
STEP 2: Start in the Classroom 📚
Head to the "Classroom" tab → Welcome Section to learn exactly how to maximize this program.
STEP 3: Begin Your Phase 1 Journey 🚀
Work through the Phase 1 daily workout PDF until you hit ALL the milestones for each exercise. Only then do you progress to Phase 2. This milestone system ensures you build a bulletproof foundation!
STEP 4: Get Your Form Checked 🎥
At the START of each new phase, film yourself doing each exercise and post in the community. I'll personally review and give you feedback to guarantee your success.
STEP 5: Ask Questions & Share Wins💪
Post questions in the community (everyone learns!) and celebrate your progress. Your success story might be exactly what someone else needs to hear!
