Show Up & Grow is a community of business owners who believe growth happens together, not alone. We show up for each other, support each other's businesses, and build real relationships — no hype, no bro-marketing, no empty networking.
Every session, a handful of members get the Spotlight — a chance to be seen, supported, and known by the group, and to offer something real to the people who show up. In return, everyone gets honest feedback, real referrals, and a community that's actually paying attention.
Here's how it works:
- We meet on Zoom
- Each session 5–10 members take a Spotlight turn to share what they do and offer something special to everyone who shows up live
- Miss the offer, miss the deal — it's exclusive to whoever's in the room that day
- Everyone gets a turn in the Spotlight if they want one (waiting list, no favorites)
- Q&A after every Spotlight, so the support goes both ways
This isn't about performing. It's about growing together — and getting real business out of it along the way.
