Need Helping choosing Voiceover or No voiceover for my 100 days of bjj video series

Hello, everyone. So I'm having trouble deciding if I should add a VO to my videos. I'm unsure because I don't know if my videos will benefit or not from it, to add, adding a VO adds to the total edit time and I'm a college student and I start work and school soon. Here is the video with VO.

Here are some example Video from some other creator of the type of video I want to upload just with my own spin on it. Ignore the pauses I have to edit those out, and fix it the video is not complete. Still need subtitles and maybe music.
