Shoppable Connect, our community call
Every other Wednesday at 1pm Eastern. It is on the Calendar tab so it will remind you, and the banner at the top of this page counts it down. What happens on it. I answer whatever is sitting in Shoppable Help. I walk through anything new in the platform. We pull products up live and look at the real numbers together. Now and then I will bring somebody on who is actually selling. What will not happen. I am not going to invent a fake feature announcement to fill an hour. Some calls are going to be support and looking at products, and that is fine. That is usually the more useful hour anyway. Bring something. A product you are unsure about, a video that is not converting, or a problem you are stuck on. The people who show up with something specific get the most out of it. Cannot make it live, post your question here beforehand and I will cover it. Every one is recorded and goes up in Call Recordings, so you can watch it back.

📍 START HERE — Read this before you do anything else
Welcome in. Two kinds of people are walking through this door and both of you belong here. If you already pay for Shoppable, this is your room. Ask me anything about the tool, tell me what to build next, and post your numbers so everyone else can see what is possible. If you just found us and you do not pay for anything, stay anyway. Post a video here and I will tell you why it is not converting
Drop the link. Add two lines under it: what the product is, and what the video actually did. Views, sales, anything you have. What I look at. The first three seconds. Most videos lose it there and nothing after that matters. Whether the product ever gets explained. A lot of videos sell the video and forget to sell the thing. Whether you were simply late. If two hundred creators got there first, the video is not the problem and no edit is going to fix it. You do not have to pay for anything to post here. This is the most useful free thing in this community, and it works better the more of you weigh in, so if you read one, leave a thought. You will learn more from picking apart somebody else's video than from anyone picking apart yours.

Answers to the things I get asked most
My Performance tab only shows a few months. Hit Refresh my data at the top right. It walks backwards through your order history until it runs out, and it picks up where it left off if it does not finish in one go. Large accounts can take a few passes. I have more than one TikTok account. Use the account picker at the top of the sidebar. Add the second account there and everything in the app follows whichever one you have selected. A product says it has no videos. That means TikTok has not published any charting videos for it, not that nobody has posted it. If you see none on a product you know has videos on it, post it here. That is a bug and I will fix it. What does chart saturation actually mean. How many videos for that product have made TikTok's charts and landed in our archive. It is the closest honest measure of how crowded a product already is. A low number next to high sales is where the room is. Where do the numbers come from. TikTok's official Partner API for your own performance data, and TikTok's public charts for research. Not scraped and not estimated. Anything else, post it here. I would rather answer the same question five times than have somebody sit there stuck.
