If you are interested in making an indie film, I would suggest checking out a few things by Robert Rodriguez. Watch "El Mariachi," by Rodriguez. Watch the "10 minute film school" on the "El Mariachi" DVD. Read "Rebel Without a Crew," by Rodriguez. This will get you an idea of what you are in for on your journey to be a indie filmmaker.
