What would change if I truly believed God is always with me? It is not always easy to be a Christian in this world. For us in the West, we are seeing more and more persecution, yet nothing compared to those in Iran, China and many other places in the world. What do you need to be set free from? Moses was talking to the Hebrews before they were released from captivity in Egypt. What is YOUR Egypt? Stand firm on what God says and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring. This scripture really spoke to me this morning because I am actively seeking deliverance from any hinderance the enemy has placed before me, to stop me from serving the women in this group and ones to come. Let us lift each other up in prayer, petitioning for one another to endure the race set before us and to have the wisdom, strength and courage to continue on. Like the sunflower, let us turn our faces to the Son and STAND.

Are you feeling like you are in a wilderness season? Sometimes it feels like God is so far away, but we can trust that he never leaves us. Like Hagar and Ishmael in the wilderness, God hears us and sees our tears. When Hagar had given up all hope, God opened her eyes to see what she needed to live, which happened to be a well.
