ACTS Prayer Method- Week One- Day One
Week One-Adoration:
This week, we are focusing on adoration for God. To adore Him is to show Him the deep love and respect He deserves from us. It’s worshipping Him right where we are. We don’t need fancy words or special prayers. Giving God adoration can be as simple as saying, “I love You” to Him.
Day One-Psalm 29:2-Give unto the Lord the glory due unto His name; worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.
King David, called a man after God’s own heart, wrote this psalm. He loved God deeply, and it is evident in his writings. We can pray this verse back to God. Here is an example: “Lord, I give You glory because You alone deserve it. You are holy and beautiful, and I love You."
