What I learned from "Million Dollar Weekend"
I've been struggling to promote this community. I thought we already had everything. Knowledge, networking, support, etc. So why are we not getting more members? So at around midnight, I was just watching business videos and I watched a book summary for "Million Dollar Weekend" by Noah Kagan. A lot of new knowledge was gained, but the main thing I took away was I needed to do a customer first approach, instead of my current founder first approach. A founder first approach is creating and selling a product/service just because the founder believes in it. Noah says we should do differently, by doing a customer first approach of creating and selling a product/service the customer wants right now. So, instead of telling people about how amazing this community is and what benefits they get for joining it, I'm now just saying that this community is for people who truly want help in starting their business. That's it. My new ads and sales scripts will change for that new messaging. If it works out, you'll know soon enough. Gotta go now, Shafiq Nazrin P/S: The video that taught me this is just below if you want to watch it. . https://youtu.be/ctRaiu0ZDqg?si=sT84BESXwDkWQAJP
