When you carry that mindset, you start the week strong. Big goals. Clear intentions. Momentum on Monday and Tuesday. But once Wednesday hits, you subconsciously begin to decelerate. You start coasting toward the weekend. Thursday becomes a slowdown. Friday becomes a checkout day. Saturday and Sunday disappear. And before you know it, you’ve only been operating at your best two out of seven days. That’s no way to lead your life. That’s no way to reach meaningful goals.
