Solar Plexus Chakra (Yellow)
Overview:
This session activates the solar plexus chakra—the energetic center of confidence, willpower, and authentic self-expression. Healers will journey into inner child and past self healing as a powerful path to reclaim personal power. Through guided somatic practices, drumming, and integrative rituals, participants learn to honor all versions of themselves and embody their strength from the inside out.
Objectives:
- Activate and clear the solar plexus chakra to awaken confidence, clarity, and inner fire
- Reclaim personal power by honoring the inner child, inner teenager, and past selves
- Release blocks to self-worth and empowerment through movement and somatic healing
- Explore the energetic levels of consciousness and how they influence healing
- Practice self-forgiveness as a gateway to inner freedom and empowerment
