Overview: This session is devoted to unlocking the creative, sensual, and emotional power of the sacral chakra and the womb as a sacred space. Participants reconnect with their womb’s innate wisdom and energetic potential through ritual, movement, and healing practices.

Objectives:

Deepen understanding of the sacral chakra as the seat of creativity and emotional flow
Connect with the womb as a portal for physical and energetic creation
Explore practices that clear blockages and activate personal power
Learn to move energy between the sacral and heart for balanced manifestation

Core Activities:

1. Connect to the Sacral Chakra – Explore the sacral chakra as the center of sensuality, creativity, and emotional intelligence. Discuss its role in manifesting empowered intentions.

2. Intro to the Womb as a Portal of Creation – Foster reverence for the womb as a sacred energetic space. Emphasize the sacral-heart connection for alignment in healing and manifestation.

3. Yoni Steaming Ceremony—This ceremony introduces the healing tradition of yoni steaming. Participants learn about the properties of specific herbs and experience a group steam to release blockages and honor the womb.

4. Channel Sacral Energy Through Movement – Guide a sensual movement practice to awaken and express creative energy. Use physical expression as a tool for healing and manifestation.

5. Intro to Self-Abdominal Massage & Practice—This class teaches techniques for self-abdominal massage to clear stagnant energy and reconnect with the womb. It also offers guided practice and tools for at-home ritual.
