I went to sit down tonight for the first time really all day I had looked at my steps and I was already at 13,000 but because I have been walking every night I felt like I would be doing myself a disservice. Had a great call with today, growing quite fond of our mostly 1 on 1 chats. The weather is beautiful the sky was looking amazing. Glad I went ♥️
