I have been doing the easiest meal prep this challenge it's yummy and it keeps me constant. I literally cut up a bunch of veggies zucchini, bell pepper, jalapeño, tomatoes, then I cook ground turkey and I put all the veggies in with two skillets of random spices, one I do like cumin and such the other I do this cilantro jalapeño lime seasoning, I simmer and then it divide it out and boom meals all week. So simple great Macros and keeps you full.
