Lab work
Question for you all: When’s the last time you had your labs drawn? What’s the biggest hurdle for you when getting them? Is it: - cost - Not knowing what labs/where to get them - The inconvenience of getting them done - Not knowing what to do with the information when you receive them - Anything else? Another question: What’s one thing you’d like to understand more when it comes to your labs? Need help ordering, or reviewing? That’s what I’m here for.

New Update!
FREE GIVEAWAY - Case of the New Gorilla Mind Fruit Punch
First, thank you for checking out my Skool community. If this giveaway is what brought you here, I hope you stay and help build this into something genuinely valuable for you. My goal is simple: make this one of the best health resources you have. The way I get there is with your input. Not everything in here will be free, but I promise to do my best to put out information and resources that actually move you forward, wherever you are on your health journey. This is not just for bodybuilders. This is for everyone, with any goal. It's for the people who want to cut through the noise. Who don't feel heard when they talk to a healthcare provider, or who sit down with their doctor and don't even know what to ask. I've been there. I didn't have the knowledge to ask my doctor the right questions, and I was tired of just taking their word for it. That's the whole reason this exists. The gap we're filling here is simple: equip you with the tools and the questions to be the strongest advocate for your own health, and for some of you, to reclaim your best self. That starts with you speaking up. So let's make this thread the first step. 👇 Comment PUNCH and one thing you've learned from being here, or one thing you're hoping to learn while you're here. The details from the giveaway are here: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DZ5raqIBAB9/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==
RCS presentation reflection
This past week I had the privilege to speak in front of personal trainers, PT's, nutritionists, doctors, and even non-medical professionals all in the same room. An entire group all with a shared common interest: actively participating in a passionately health-focused community all driven to elevate the value provided to our clients and audience. An incredibly enriching environment buzzing with an energy that's palpable. I've been to many conferences in the health space, but this is easily the most raw and authentic one I've been part of (even as a casual observer in the past). It's called the REAL Coaches Summit for a reason. You get real actionable value-adds you can implement immediately into your business. It might be a concept, a principle, an AI tool, or at the very least, a motivational push to level up in some way. Last year, when I was first asked to speak I was intimidated and almost backed out. Imposter syndrome got me down. But I knew that committing to this would force me to do a few things: - Step out of my comfort zone and do something challenging for myself. Growth doesn't come from staying in the comfort zone, so I made the commitment to do it knowing it would force me to level up. - Ensure I know what I'm talking about, but more importantly how to deliver valuable information in a digestible way (tough to do with some of these mechanisms). A self-check of how well I can communicate this information is what I was after. Understanding it myself is one thing, but effectively communicating that information to someone else is another. - Be less of an introvert. Network, speak to people in-person and not behind a screen. - Place myself in a position that allows opportunity to flow both to me or through me, for someone else to benefit. I am always looking for ways to learn more, expand professionally, and bolster the core reasons I am in this space to begin with. This opportunity succeeded in checking all those boxes. I'll be back again next year, that I'm sure of.

Sharing a client win here. Kraig competed yesterday, entering in both Men's Physique and Classic Physique - this was his CP debut and he walked away with an overall in both!! We'll be dialing him in more for Nationals here in 5 weeks in an attempt to win his pro card. 😎 The side by side photos are from 6/20 to 11/7
