Clarity costs something and in my case $100k!
I invested in 4 land banking projects back in 2008 on the advice of my friend and financial advisor. You all remember what happened next. Now 17 years later only one has full paid out at 10 cents on the dollar!
Clarity often also costs approval. In my case I wasn't willing to take the more risk averse advice of my wife in 2008. If I'd sought her approval instead of go ahead full steam the bank account wouldn't be empty!
I needed to get clarity on what was the better choice not just the exciting one. Now I realize staying unclear costs you more in the long run.
What might clarity ask you to let go of?
