Has your old way stopped working?
It took me far too long to realize my usual/old way of showing up as a leader wasn’t working anymore.
After 30 years as a pastor leading the flock the methods I used didn't work as a CEO of a 250 staff - $30 million dollar organization. I didn’t change fast enough and the board showed me the door after 14 months!
There’s a moment in every seasoned leader’s life when the old methods stop producing results even if they still feel right.
That tension isn’t failure it’s feedback telling you the time for change is now!
