Welcome to The SEO Community
Thanks for joining! Here are a couple of rules to keep in mind: 1. be kind 2. introduce yourself 3. jump in and participate (lurking it fine, but you get out what you put in!) 4. don't spam everyone with your SEO services 5. stay on topic I've also people join and start a million low-value threads where they ask "do you think backlinks matter in 2025" -- that's it, no discussion, no opinion, just posting a bunch of empty thread. Don't do that! This community is only as valuable as the people that participate, so PLEASE jump in as soon as you're admitted and post an intro! Let us know: - who you are - what your experience level is - what you're up to - what you're hoping to get help with * Make sure you select the "introduction" category! Another reminder not to promote your products or services. This group doesn't exist for you to spam everyone, and you'll be promptly banned if you do. (If it comes up naturally in a conversation or someone asks you about it, fine). We'll be keeping a close eye on this, though. Ask questions, ask for help, weigh in with your thoughts. That's it! Thanks for joining and I look forward to nerding out about SEO with you...

Wedding Photo Pro looking for clues
Hello everyone, I am a wedding photographer based between Europe and Mexico since 2014. I do weddings and elopements all over the place. Since I worked on my new Squarespace 7.1 template, most of my content is no longer crawled. I am looking for some advise on what I should do to correct these pages and finalised everything before summer and the beginning of the new season. I am very happy to be in the group

Changed my website and I think its now not ranking
Hi Guys, I recently redesigned my website and also changed the hosting to another provider that was cheaper. Since doing that my impressions have died, I check the semrush data and it still says that I am ranking but I am not sure if the information is delayed. My website is https://garagesleeds.co.uk/ it is a local business for a very low competition keyword, just wondering if there is something I have done incorrectly?

Google Search Console Page Indexing Issue
Hello everyone, I’m excited to join this community. I’m running into some issues with Google Search Console and indexing. According to Google, my site has about 5,200 pages. After making a lot of changes, I should be down to fewer than 3,000 pages. Many of the old ones were either 301 redirected to another page on my site or to one of my other websites. I need Google to recognize that those pages no longer exist and remove them from the index. On top of that, I have a large number of 404s, “Crawled, currently not indexed,” and “Discovered, currently not indexed.” In total, about 4,000 pages are not being indexed because of these issues. I’ve already fixed them and submitted for validation multiple times, but I’m stuck. Many pages have been in “Pending” for a long time, and some also say “Validation failed” even though I’ve fixed them and resubmitted. What should I do at this point? For example, I have 1,100 pages that are 404. I know I probably missed a few, but the majority should be resolved. I just don’t want to have to go through them one by one again.
