Big update on how we're running the Thursday support call going forward. Starting this Thursday, I'm opening it up to the public — but only after our members-only portion. Here's how it'll work every week: 1:00 PM EST — you and the other founding members. Private. Your deals first. Your questions first. 1:30 PM EST — I let the public in for the second hour. 2:30 PM EST — we wrap. You keep everything you had before. You just get 30 minutes of it before anyone else even knows the call is happening. This Thursday is the first public call and I want you in the room. Two reasons. One — I'm running your deals first, so if you've got something you're stuck on, bring it. Address, asking price, condition. I'll build the offer live. Two — when the public joins at 1:30, it matters that founding members are already in the room, cameras on, part of the conversation. That's what makes founding membership actually mean something.
