Google (and Friends) — This is what you should know about me!
Now that we have to think about our E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness) digital footprint I set up a new tab called EEAT Profile. To make it incredibly easy for the algorithms and more importantly, all of you, to know exactly who I am, I’m putting my digital footprint right here in one place. I invite you to do the same. Who I Am & What I Do I am a digital entrepreneur and website developer specialising in building clean, high-performance web assets, Python/Django architectures, and turnkey starter eCommerce sites. I have been working online since 2009 starting with WordPress before retraining as a Software Developer. Verified credentials: Digital Marketing — DMI | Full-Stack Developer I use the handle @todianedev and my portfolio developer work is at https://todiane.com I run two things that look different on the surface but come from the same place. Djangify — an eCommerce platform I built myself for selling digital products. This group exists partly to raise its search profile while I use it to run the experiment. Examples of sites built on Djangify: selftalkeffect.com — A simple system for interrupting negative self-talk zestizm.com — For women who have spent years holding everything together and quietly lost the spark that once made life vivid. Inspirational Guidance is my personal growth brand and umbrella for everything I write. It exists from my working days as a Life Coach. I'm a certified coach, NLP Master Practitioner, and the creator of the PAUSE Framework. You can see my full coaching background and qualifications at dianecorriette.com. Inspirational Guidance is on: Pinterest — personal growth and intentional living content for women.

I just came across this section when I was getting ready to post. I know it's important to do it for each post but should I be using it as a way to tie ME into the work so it builds up my name and ties it to my framework? @Diane Corriette

My EEAT Prescence
Working on it! You want your name attached to: nervous system intelligence Not in a clinical way. In a pattern-reading, behavior-translating, life-design way. The raw signal is: "I understand how the nervous system asks for safety before movement.I built Instinctual Design to name the three questions underneath that process.I believe people should stop forcing themselves into systems that were never designed for them. AI and technology should be used off-label, creatively, and personally — not to make people more machine-like, but to help them build custom solutions around how they actually work. My intelligence is not just “smart.” It is pattern intelligence. I see connections other people miss. I turn those connections into practical, personalized systems." A cleaner EEAT version: I want to be known as a nervous-system intelligence expert and the creator of Instinctual Design, a custom framework that helps people understand the three questions their nervous system is asking before they can move, choose, build, or sustain something. My work sits at the intersection of nervous system awareness, behavioral pattern recognition, AI, custom technology, and self-designed living. I believe people do not need more generic systems. They need systems built around how they actually function. I use AI and technology as tools for personal liberation, not optimization. The goal is not to become more productive inside broken structures. The goal is to build custom solutions that support your real needs, your actual nervous system, and the life you are trying to create. I want my name to be associated with deep pattern recognition, off-label thinking, unconventional intelligence, custom frameworks, and the ability to make connections other people do not see. The core concepts Gemini needs from you are probably: Nervous system intelligence Instinctual Design Behavioral pattern recognition Custom AI-supported life design Self-designed systems Off-label technology use Personalized solutions over generic systems

My EEAT Profile
I created my profile based on the questions in the classroom. I am not really active online so I was worried that EEAT meant I couldn't sell my ebook but Gemini reassured me I could so it goes to show you don't need professional qualifications and a business address! Who I Am I am Eva Mandy, and I am someone who spent years drowning in chronic overwhelm, mental fatigue, and emotional burnout. After traditional therapy failed to give me relief, I spent over a decade researching, reading, and testing strategies on my own life to find a way out. I created Reduce Overwhelm to share the exact journals, frameworks, and practical tools that finally gave me less weight in my head and more steadiness in my days. E — Experience What I have actually done, lived through, and built: Overcoming Chronic Overwhelm: Navigated and managed personal chronic mental overload and decision paralysis for over a decade. Self-Directed Behavioural Research: Spent years actively studying, testing, and implementing mindfulness, time management, and cognitive relief techniques outside of a clinical setting. Journaling to Framework Transition: Spent years refining personal journal entries into a repeatable, structured digital survival guide and toolkit for daily stress management. Ongoing Practice: Continually using, testing, and adjusting these exact focus and boundary-setting methods in my own life every single day. E — Expertise Specific subjects and methods I can speak on with self-taught depth: The Brain Dump Method: Techniques for emptying a cluttered mind onto paper to stop immediate cognitive overload. Overcommitment Recovery: Practical strategies for reviewing upcoming schedules, pacing weekly tasks, and learning how to say "no" without guilt. Early Burnout Recognition: Identifying personal warning signs of overwhelm, such as snapping at loved ones, sleeping in late, or sudden procrastination. The 7-Day Mental Reset: A step-by-step structure to restore calm when emotional overload hits.
