Midweek Reset ✨
By Wednesday, the week has usually revealed itself. What felt clear on Monday may feel heavier now. What you planned may need adjusting. Today isn’t about catching up or correcting course. It’s about checking in. What has your week been asking of you? What has it been teaching you? What feels aligned and what feels forced? You’re allowed to pivot mid-week. You're allowed to move slower than you planned. You're allowed to choose what supports you now rather than what made sense a few days ago. Take a breath and reorient. There’s still space in this week for what you need. If you want, share one thing you’re choosing differently for the rest of this week 🤍

🍃✨ Soft Sunday Reflection: Welcome to February
Today carries a lot of meaning. It is the first day of a new month. The beginning of a new week. The opening of Black History Month. And a full moon inviting us to pause, notice, and release. February arrives quietly but intentionally. Not rushing. Not demanding. Simply offering space to be present with what is here. Black History Month reminds us that we come from people who dreamed, resisted, rested, created, loved, and survived. People who imagined freedom even when it felt far away. Today is not about pressure to do more. It is about remembering who we already are. The full moon brings illumination. It gently asks what has run its course. What you are ready to set down. What truth wants to be honored now that the light is fuller. As this new week begins, you do not have to start strong. You can start soft. You can start honest. You can start exactly where you are. Let this Sunday be a gentle threshold. A moment to exhale. A moment to honor your lineage, your becoming, and your need for rest. Reflection prompt: What am I ready to release as I step into this month and what do I want to carry forward with care? If it feels right, share in the comments. Or simply sit with it and return when you are ready. This is a soft place to land.

🌾 Midweek Softening
Wherever this week has found you, whether you are moving slowly, easing back into routine, or simply needing a little more gentleness, this is your reminder to soften. Some of us here in Nashville are coming out of an ice storm, while others are navigating different rhythms and realities. All of it belongs. Take a breath. Where can you soften today? Your body, your expectations, or your pace? One word or one sentence is enough. This is a space to soften, not to push. Feel free to share below.
🍃✨Soft Sunday Reflection: Setting Intentions + Your Word for 2026
It's that time again! I don't know about you but Sundays seem to be rolling around quickly this month. Time to set intentions for the upcoming week, and make space to reflect on the week behind us. If you’ve been working with me for any amount of time, you already know the new year always comes with a new word. We hear so much about resolutions and “new year, new me,” but if I’m honest, I don’t always stick with them long-term. Not because I don’t want to, but because I don’t always have a clear plan or accountability. Something that can be really helpful is choosing one word to carry throughout the year. A word that keeps you grounded. A word that helps guide your decisions, your mindset, and how you want to show up. A word that can guide your day, your week, and month. As you think about your word for this year, start with how you want to feel. How do you want to show up in your daily life, in your relationships, in your career, and with your time? 🍃 Take a moment today to reflect on your word, and when you find it, share it with us in the comments. I’ll share mine too. Wishing you a soft Sunday full of reflection and self-care.
