Didn’t get a chance to post yesterday being at work all day but I took pictures of my food !
I found an 100% egg white tortilla base at sprouts ! And I mixed one boiled egg with 2 turkey slices and Greek yogurts some salsa and pickled onion and Avacado.
Some raspberry and half a rice cake with yogurt and cottage cheese for a pre workout.
Lunch was ahi tuna rice & a mix of cucumber and mixed greens with siracha and other sauces. Chicken and rice and cucumber for dinner. I worked out in the morning yesterday with Hector.
