(2) Active Deals ....
As we move into reviewing active projects, investing, and closing deals, we’ll be bringing two active opportunities to the club to walk through the full process together.
I’d like to get a pulse from the group — who’s interested in participating in these projects? This could include:
- Watching and learning through the underwriting process
- Participating in the review and analysis
- Getting involved as an investor, operator, or in another supportive role
Once I have some feedback, we’ll schedule a live session to break down each deal in detail.
