The Self Acceptance Playbook is a printed journal full of prompts created to mimic working with me privately.
It is created in 3 parts:
1. Who you are now, the self discovery of who you think you are and who you have been asked or told to be.
2. The construct deconstruction. Word association to take the charge out of some common constructs
3. Designing the future you. Prompts to encourage you to create a you that you choose to be.
