🍉 Eat your water
Fruits and vegetables like cucumber, watermelon, celery, strawberries, and zucchini are 90–95% water. Building your meals around these foods gives your body a slow, steady source of hydration your cells can actually absorb.
🌄Start your morning with intention
Before caffeine, reach for a full glass of water with a squeeze of lemon. It gently wakes your digestion, flushes what your body processed overnight, and sets a hydrating tone for the rest of your day.
☕️Swap one drink a day. Herbal teas — hibiscus, peppermint, chamomile — count toward your hydration and offer added benefits like reduced bloating and calmer energy. They're a beautiful, intentional alternative to reaching for another coffee.
🧂Add a pinch of minerals. Plain water doesn't always absorb the way we need it to. A pinch of sea salt or a few drops of trace minerals in your water helps your body actually hold onto the hydration you're giving it.
🏋♀️Hydrate around movement. Drink before you feel thirsty — by then, your body is already signaling depletion. A glass of water 20–30 minutes before meals and movement supports digestion, energy, and recovery.
