Outdoor Weekend Warrior
This weekend, I want to challenge you to move your body outside for at least 20–30 minutes outside!
Not for punishment.
Not to “earn” your food.
Not to burn calories.
But because your body was designed to move, breathe deeply, and experience God’s creation.
Whether it’s:
• a walk around your neighborhood
• a bike ride with your kids
• stretching on the deck
• a hike
• gardening
• rollerblading
• a slow walk while listening to worship music
…it all counts.
Your Challenge:
✅ Spend at least 20–30 minutes moving outdoors
✅ Leave your phone in your pocket as much as possible
✅ Pay attention to how you feel mentally, emotionally, and physically afterward
✅ Share a photo or comment in the group when you finish!
While you’re outside, reflect on this verse:
“The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.” — Psalm 19:1
Sometimes the healthiest thing we can do is step outside, breathe fresh air, quiet the noise, and remember that we are cared for by a very good God.
