Why your Google Sheet should have a "Decisions" tab
Most project sheets track tasks. Almost none track decisions.
Add a tab with three columns: Date, Decision, Why.
Six months from now when a client says "I never agreed to that" — you'll have receipts, dated and contextualized. Saved me from two scope fights this year alone.
Simplest tab in my sheet. Probably the most valuable.
