Sharing in case anyone else was having trouble installing Claude Code with Antigravity on desktop. I'm loving the content here, but as someone who is a bit more tech-challenged I was feeling a bit frustrated and couldn't get past the initial install to even get started with the prompts. Jed's latest recorded session that walks through the Claude Code set-up was so helpful and now I'm up and running! Claude created a buy-box one-pager for me and can't wait to dive into the other sessions for off-market search.

In Searcher School we have gone over how to use Instantly in tandem with Claude Code to do enriched cold email outreach. However there is a burgeoning strategy amongst general cold outreach to use AI workflows along with enriched data to deliver personalized outreach per email (and therefore per business). I would imagine this would be a significant advantage when done right especially with cold email success rates declining. I am wondering if anyone has successfully implemented this workflow and/or if this is something worth discussing in the next call.

anyone here has a service based business and has employees on 1099 contract? I am currently working on a deal in which the employees are on 1099 contract. However, when the employment lawyer reviewed the details, he mentioned that these employees should be on W2 because of the level of control the business has on the employers. Looking for some guidance on how people navigate employment for 1099 workers.

I have heard that setting up APIs for Apify, Gmail, and Google Drive should be quick, simple, and painless. @Chris Hall said it took him a few minutes to set up his initial Gmail API before he could use Claude to manage two inboxes. Has anyone had similar issues? I have multiple Gmail accounts (5+), and have invested at least 4 hours working with Claude to troubleshoot to no avail. Have any "more technical" searchers experienced this / think they have a fix?
