I noticed a new feature in Instantly for deploying AI "sales" agents. I'm testing using this for sourcing business acquisitions. It asked me for my business website and started learning about my ICP. I noticed it already identified 10 leads and proposed an email for reaching out to each (human in the middle. I need to click "send" and I can modify the content of the email before sending it out). It was on my to-do to update my website, especially now to test this feature. Anybody playing around with it?

Jed, did I understand correctly that there will be a 90 day 'series' for Instantly. Can you share more details about this? Will this be video? Has this started, or what is the schedule for this? Thanks for the clarification.

Had an awesome call yesterday with an owner of a $1B portfolio! He was an AM guest as well and in a similar space as me. He gave me some great advice on our M&A strategy as I have been getting really frustrated lately. For me, I need at least 10 active deals at a time in order for 2 to close. And get the owner in a face to face meeting as soon as possible. Finally follow up, follow up, follow up and stay around the hoop on lost deals.

Has anyone in the community dual-tracked 2 lenders until closing? meaning you signed the commitment letter with 2 lenders and selected one before closing. If so, how did it go? Were there any issues you faced?
