Jed, thank you for putting this content out into the universe! As someone who does not have a tech or coding background, I found your approach to using Claude very useful. The 5-day schedule was perfect, and the content build on top of the previous day, which helped me not get overwhelmed. I'm using 90% of what you showed us how to do in the class, and eyeing the other 10% now. Thank you!

I wrapped up day 5 of the off-market leads challenge and it was well worth it. The time allowed us to build a really well structured approach to setup AI tools for efficiency & scale, integrate with key online data sources to pull a significant amount of leads, and enrich data to actually get at the contact info that matters to reach an owner. Glad I spent the time!

The Off Market Lead Challenge was a game-changer. Jed broke down how to leverage Claude and other tools to build a detailed buy box, scrape multiple databases, enrich the data, and create a validation scorecard. In 5 days, I generated 1,930 leads ready to roll after our warm-up period. Can't wait to put this into action and keep leveling up my off market search.

I have no idea how long it would have taken me to firgure out even a part of what Jed showed us during the challenge. I knew a fair amount about lead sources and available databases, but I've found that's where the issue starts; the problem isn't knowing that the data exists or even knowing where to get it; the problem is sifting the valuable information from ALL the information. That's what we learned. I haven't become an "expert" by any means, but it was an extraordinarily valuable use of (rougly) 90 minutes a day for five days to learn some real skills.

Had a nice in person meeting with an acquistion target last night. 5pm-9pm. Auto shop specializing in air conditioning. 74 year old owners working 40 years in the business, dot matrix printers and green screens oh my! Some systems improvements oppotunities there.
