Hey everyone, excited to join the community. I’m Florian, based in Arlington, VA.
A little bit about me : Oxford MBA, former private equity associate, and currently a Principal PM at Amazon with extensive experience in operations.
What I am looking for : I’m currently looking for a service business generating $300K to $600K in SDE within the DMV metro area. I’m specifically looking for companies with strong underlying demand but obvious operational bottlenecks where I can step in as an operator to streamline processes and scale.
Where i need help : Finding Capital Partners
How I Can Help the Group : Operations, financial modeling, deal evaluation, and tech enablement. I am always happy to pressure-test a deal or talk through operational due diligence with anyone who wants a second set of eyes.
