My application got denied for the second time now and some guys on Reddit suggested that my channel does not respect the YouTube Partnered Program because I have a ton of videos and not so many views and that my channel is less than 10K.... Now I don't know if the issue is in the AdSense account or the content. Really confused... even in the Adsense email, they don't state the reason why it it got denied.

If you look at all the biggest and most successful channels on YouTube, you'll notice that they are still going strong with millions of views per month consistently, even if they started in 2011. How do you guys do with description? Do you write a long description with keywords or do you just add a affiliate link + text. Does description improve a video ranking and seo?
